The prices are indicated in euro per apartment per day.

Prices include: rich breakfast buffet, daily cleaning (excluding the kitchen) and final cleaning, access to our "La Bercia" Spa, private parking, WI-FI connection, Skibus to / from the Gardenaccia skilift, in summer use of the heated pool and large garden, VATs.

The tourist tax of € 1,40 per day / person (over 14 years) is not included in the price.

COSTS for additional beds:

Children from 0 to 3 years: € 25.00 per day
Children from 4 to 11 years: € 50.00 per day
Children over 12 years and adults: € 75.00 per day

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT: The Apartment is reserved from 3:00 in the afternoon of your arrival day, to 10:00 o'clock in the morning of your departure day.

DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION: The Apartment-reservation, can be confirmed only when we have received your deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.

Delayed arrivals or early departures will be counted as follows:

Up to 90 days before the arrival: no extra charges.
From 89 to 30 days before the arrival: 40% extra charge
From 30 to 7 days before the arrival: 70% extra charge
From 6 to 1 days before the arrival: 90% extra charge
The arrival day or in case of no show or early departure: 100% extra charge

PAYMENT OF THE STAY: To pay for your stay you can use cash or credit card (VISA, Master Card, Bancomat).

With the booking the guest declares to know and accept the conditions of our house. Errors and omissions excepted. We reserve us the right to make changes.
