Look out the window, is that the Piz dles Conturines you can see through the trees? The mountain in front is definitely Sas dla Crusc. Why not take your coffee out onto the terrace for a better look.

Ground floor apartment in the annexe. Spacious living area with dining table and double sofa bed. Kitchenette with electric stovetop, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Illy espresso machine, stone countertop and washing up accessories. Double bedroom with wardrobe. Bathroom with window, bidet, bath with overhead shower, hairdryer, toiletries. 

Bed linen and dish cloths changed weekly, towels changed twice a week. Furnished south-east-facing corner terrace overlooking the Sas dla Crusc, with garden access.
