Wellness at La Bercia

Spa, garden and pool

Whether you’ve got tired legs after a long hike, frozen feet after a day’s skiing, or you just want to relax on a rainy day, lying just beyond the door of your apartment is the La Bercia spa.

Here you’ll find a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room and relaxation area, while outside in the garden there’s a hot tub (open all year) and pool (open in the summer). All with a breathtaking backdrop that only the Dolomites can provide.

Even when you prefer the independence of an apartment on holiday, sometimes you want that little something extra, a space where you can stretch out and unwind. And here it is, included in the price of your stay.

Soothing heat

Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and steam room

From the dry, intense heat of the traditional Finnish sauna and the dense humidity of the steam room to the gentler sensation of the infrared sauna. Walk in. Sit or lie down. Close your eyes and let the warmth seep into your muscles and bones, soothing aching muscles and boosting your immune system.

To get the most from your sauna, don’t overdo it. No more than three 10–15-minute sessions interspersed with a cold shower or walk in the garden, then wait at least half an hour before repeating.  And make sure to stay hydrated.

Slow down, tune in, bliss out

Relaxation area, herbal teas, sensory showers and garden

Stretch out between saunas on a waterbed or hanging lounger. Sip a steaming cup of herbal tea from the samovar while you curl up with a book. Stroll barefoot through the garden in the summer as you soak up the mountain views or feel the soft crunch of freshly fallen snow on a winter’s evening. It’s all part of the experience. Don’t rush it.
